The Problem
The Trophy House, a private trackside villa located on curve one of the Miami GP circuit, sought to establish itself as the ultimate venue on the F1 circuit. The challenge was to curate a luxurious, all-inclusive 6-star experience that catered to high-profile guests from various fields, including founders, sports team owners, royalty, A-List celebrities, top-tier athletes, actors, artists, and grammy-winning musicians. Additionally, the Trophy House aimed to create a unique and exclusive entertainment offering, featuring private concerts and performances by world-renowned artists.
The Idea
To elevate the F1 experience and establish the Trophy House as the pinnacle of luxury and entertainment, we developed a comprehensive strategy. We focused on collaborating with renowned brands and curating exclusive offerings to provide guests with a one-of-a-kind experience. By working closely with the Trophy House team and various partners, we aimed to seamlessly incorporate the brands, artists, and luxury experiences into the overall production of the event.
What We Did
Our involvement in the Trophy House project spanned various aspects, and we played a key role in ensuring its success. Here's a breakdown of our contributions:
Brand Collaboration and Production: We worked closely with the brands that partnered with the Trophy House, assisting in tying their presence into the event's production. Our efforts ensured a seamless integration of these brands, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Artist Management and Production Coordination: We facilitated the onboarding process for the music artists who performed at the Trophy House. This involved collaborating directly with the production team to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth performances.
VIP Invitation and Coordination: We extended exclusive invitations to A-List celebrities, athletes, music artists, executives, and founders, curating a guest list that epitomized luxury and entertainment. Our team handled the coordination with the VIPs to ensure a seamless and memorable experience during the three-day event.
Brand Activation: We collaborated with partner brands to execute on-site activations, enhancing the guest experience and elevating brand visibility. Our team worked closely with the production to design and build out brand activations in line with the Trophy House's ambiance.
Pre and Post Production Assistance: We provided support during both pre and post-production phases, ensuring that every aspect of the event was meticulously planned and executed.
Luxury Gifting: To enhance the VIP experience, we curated luxury apparel and gifts for the high-profile guests, adding an extra touch of exclusivity to the event.
