Plain-language summaries of how this site and Legacy’s events handle information, images and names.
Privacy
What we collect and whyLegacy collects only what it needs to answer an enquiry and to run its events: the contact details you send us, and — where you are on a guest list — the information the venue and our security partners require. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with the venue, production and security partners working on the event you are attending.
Your information
Access, correction and deletionWrite to hello@legacyem.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within thirty days. If you asked to be removed from a guest list or a mailing list, that request is honoured permanently.
Cookies & analytics
What this site measuresThis site is static. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. If analytics are added, the provider and the retention period will be named here before they go live.
Photography & film
Rights in the images on this sitePhotography and film on this site are published by Legacy with the rights to do so. Some frames are used under event-coverage terms and are not available for licensing through Legacy. If you appear in an image here and would like it removed, write to hello@legacyem.com and we will take it down while we look into it. Requests to license an image go to the same address and we will route them to the rights holder.
Trade marks
Names that are not oursClient, partner and venue names appear on this site to describe work Legacy performed. They remain the property of their owners, and their appearance here is not an endorsement of Legacy by them.
Links to other sites
This site links to coverage and partner sites that Legacy does not control. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
