Kalshi
A Series E allocation filled with people who are not usually in the room for one, then a World Cup Finals activation in New York City.
Both sides of the same deal.
Legacy worked the capital side of Kalshi in 2026. Factory’s private investment platform led an allocation into Kalshi’s Series E and Legacy sourced into it — athletes, creators, music artists, executives, streamers and founders brought into a round most of them would not otherwise have seen.
It closed at $4.7 million, oversubscribed, in roughly two and a half months. The round valued Kalshi at about $11 billion, with Andreessen Horowitz’s Cultural Leadership Fund participating alongside. Factory’s announcement lists seventy-four investors in the vehicle, among them Marshawn Lynch, Richard Sherman, Breanna Stewart, Connor McDavid, Nneka Ogwumike, Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Diana Taurasi.
World Cup Finals, New York City.
In July 2026 Legacy worked the other side: Kalshi’s World Cup Finals activation in New York City.
